The Loadix application is a technological platform owned by Al-Wahda Al-Thakiya Company, aiming to facilitate the connection between customers who need transportation and logistics services and drivers or suppliers who provide those services. By using the application, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms.

2. Definitions

Platform / Loadix: The application and its related technical services.
User: Any person using the application, whether as a customer or driver/supplier.
Customer: The person or entity requesting transportation or logistics services.
Driver/Supplier: The person or entity providing transportation or logistics services.
Services: The technical services provided by Loadix to connect users.
Fees: Any amounts paid for subscriptions or additional services.

3. Nature of Service

Loadix operates solely as a technological intermediary between customers and drivers/suppliers.
The platform does not provide transportation services itself and does not own or manage any vehicles.
All agreements and payments are made directly between the customer and the driver without any responsibility on Loadix.
Loadix is not a party to any dispute between the parties.

4. Account Registration and Use

The user must provide accurate and correct information during registration.
The user bears full responsibility for the confidentiality of their account data.
Loadix has the right to suspend or cancel the account in case of illegal use or misleading information.
Use of the application is available only to persons who have reached the legal age according to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

5. Driver/Supplier Obligations

Compliance with local laws regarding licenses, insurance, and safety.
Providing required documents upon request.
Bearing full responsibility for the quality and safety of services provided.
Compensating Loadix for any claims resulting from violations or negligence.

6. Customer Obligations

Using the application for legal purposes only.
Providing accurate information when requesting service.
Settling payments directly with the driver/supplier.
Bearing responsibility resulting from any incorrect information.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Using some services may require payment of fees.
Payment is made through available payment methods within the application.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Liability Limitations

Loadix does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of services provided by drivers/suppliers.
Not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from user interactions.
Not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
The platform may intervene to protect user experience but without any legal liability.

9. Disclaimer

Loadix is not responsible for technical failures or service interruptions.
Not responsible for content entered by users.
Not responsible for force majeure events.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, and designs related to the application are owned by Al-Wahda Al-Thakiya Company. Their use is prohibited without prior written permission.

11. Termination of Use

Loadix has the right to suspend or cancel any user's account in case of violation of terms or misuse.

12. Modifications to Terms

Loadix has the right to modify the terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application means your acceptance of the modifications.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are subject to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes are resolved amicably first, and if that is not possible, they are referred to the competent courts in Oman. The platform is not a party to disputes between customers and drivers.
